Over the past few blogs, we have discussed the environmental benefits of professional lawn care, but many people are surprised that it can positively affect your physical and mental well-being.
Many of our favorite sports are played on turfgrass. Football, soccer, baseball, golf, tennis, and many more sports are often played on a natural turfgrass surface. These sports can be both a form of exercise for you and your family, or a form of entertainment. Could you imagine playing football on concrete? Or maybe watching baseball in a forest? Of course these other surfaces have their place in the world, but because our favorite sports are played on a lush turf surface, they become fun to watch or play.
