About Rob Palmer

More than just "the boss," Rob has built Weed Pro into a tightly knitted family over the past 13 years. In fact  all of his original employees remain, with several current employees reaching 10 years of employment. "I never really think of them as employees," Palmer says. "We spend so much time together, and have gotten to know each other so well, we are family."  Palmer not only has a strong family at work, but enjoys a great family at home with his wife Melissa, daughter Abigail, and sons Eli & Robert Jr.

More important than being respected by others in the lawn care industry, Palmer is greatly respected and admired by his employees at Weed Pro.
