Improving the Lawn Care Service Experience

best lawn care serviceThis past week, we have focused on blog articles regarding Weed Pro's ongoing commitment towards improving our customer's experience with our company. Improving the products we offer our consumers is one piece of the lawn care puzzle. Without great service, even the best of products will fall short of delivering a great customer experience. That's why Weed Pro has gone out of its way to improve our customer service.

Additional Customer Service Managers & 48 Hour Service Response

No lawn care company can prevent ALL weeds from growing in your lawn. Those that do say that are just lying. Additionally, even the healthiest lawns may get a disease or fungus from time to time. With that said, what separates a good lawn care company from a great one is the ability to respond to those problems and stop them from spreading.  By adding an additional Customer Service Manager, Weed Pro can now service our customer's lawn care issues that arise in-between treatments, within 48 business hours (weather permitting).

    More Phone Customer Support Staff

Nothing is more frustrating to a consumer than waiting on hold, or not being called back right away. Weed Pro has always prided itself on a capable customer service team that answered our customer phone calls, responding to questions and concerns in a reasonable amount of time. However, to deliver an even better customer experience, we realized that an addition staff person would help improve customer response time, and limit hold times to a minimal amount.

Additional Lawn Technicians to Focus on Individuals

With the national companies, it is the mindset to perform lawn care in an "assembly line" style system. Hire a few technicians, and improve their efficiency to allow them to complete more and more lawn applications. While this may be great for production, customer service suffers in this model, and ultimately a company losses more customers than it can replace. That's why Weed Pro has limited the number of customers a lawn technician has, keeping the focus on our customers, not how fast we can move on to the next yard. In an effort to improve this even more, Weed Pro has decided to add 7 additional certified technicians, taking the number of customers each lawn care technician is responsible for down even further. It allows them to focus on your lawn, providing you with the ultimate care and a great looking lawn.
