As Service Manager, you are responsible for creating and strengthening relationships with our clients throughout our service area by providing timely feedback and recommendations for services based on the condition of our customer’s lawns. Providing personalized customer service, your main role will be the engagement and education of our customers resolving issues that arise throughout the season.

Other Responsibilities Include:

Customer Service

  • Provide superior personalized customer service and complete the information cycle
  • Engage and educate the customer
  • Diagnose and provide solutions to problems
  • Consistently evaluate the quality of services being provided to customers and develop/correct procedures to minimize customer complaints
  • Regularly evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the materials and equipment used by employees
  • Uphold a friendly and professional attitude while handling customer issues immediately and following through until resolution has been made
  • Cultivate relationships with current customers 

Service and Application

  • Perform service call applications and other special jobs
  • Perform program applications to new and existing customers as needed to maintain proper round timing

New Customer Growth 

  • Perform estimates and proposals generated by company
  • Generate additional leads including referrals 

Enhancement/Add On Sales 

  • Diagnose and recommend curative treatments as needed
  • Responsible for enhancement/add on sales goals of the territory 

Requirements:

  • High School graduate
  • ODA license required
  • Previous lawn care experience is preferred but not required
  • Customer service experience is preferred but not required
  • Must have effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of using a computer is required 
  • Able to lift 50lbs
  • Valid Driver’s License with less than 4 points
  • Willing to work in various weather conditions
  • Able to work in a fast paced and results oriented environment
